Nice clean and friendly store. The salesperson, Baylee, was very knowledgeable and truly professional.
I love this store, both for the huge selection of "toys" (unsure how descriptive google will let me be lol) they have, but also bc the people who work here are just straight up awesome. JJ was great with helping us, and immediately made us feel so welcome. Also, he knows his stuff! Gave his opinion on toys and brands, was able to point us to the specific toy we were looking for, and offered to take the toy we ended up buying out of the box so we could go through the settings. I can't remember her name but the person he was training(?) was also really sweet and helpful! Also, every time I've been in here, the staff have been so easy to talk to and chat with in general! Everyone here is super sweet and this is a great store.

Baylee provided outstanding customer service! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and offered great recommendations based on my needs. Her friendly and professional attitude made my shopping experience enjoyable. I’ll definitely be returning because of her excellent service. Highly recommend!
